thats 100 percent true about the millitary using prk. you can accually be denied airborne school and other jobs like that if you have lasik because the force of the chute opening can damage the eye like he said.

Oh well, thanks for the reply. My vision is a -6 nearsightedness with some astigmatism. I am not able to read a book without glasses. And the scariest part is that im only 15.

Sorry I dont have those numbers any longer. My sight wasn’t really bad but bad enough that I couldn’t read street signs while driving. Now that is no problem for me.

No the other driver was at fault. It had nothing to do with my surgery.
